Access for All
The Lyceum Theatre is committed to making your visit as comfortable as possible. Please let Box Office know if you have additional requirements at the time of booking so we can ensure you have a pleasant and enjoyable visit with us.
Requesting Access Tickets
While our box office is closed you can request access tickets using our online form.
Facilities for Wheelchair Users
Spaces are available for wheelchair users in the Stalls section of the Auditorium which can be booked via the Box Office. Accessible toilets can be found on the Mezzanine, Circle and Gallery levels. Lifts are available to provide access to all floors of the Theatre, including the Lyceum Restaurant.
The entrance to the Lyceum Theatre is accessible for wheelchair users. A limited number of blue badge parking spots are available in front of the Theatre on the Market Square car park.
Hard of Hearing
The Theatre has a Sennheiser infra-red system in the stalls for people with hearing impairments. Free headsets for use during your show may be collected from the Box Office before the performance starts.
The brochure is available in large print and also in audio format.
Assistance Dogs
We offer a warm welcome for assistance dogs.
Complimentary Carer Tickets
When bought alongside a full-price ticket a complimentary ticket is available for accompanying carers who are essential for your visit. Complimentary carer tickets are available via telephone or in-person. ID verification may be required.
Parking
Free car parking is available after 6pm in the Lyceum Square car park at the front of the Theatre. Guests are advised to arrive early to secure parking on the Lyceum Square car park.
There is also ample parking a short distance away at the Civic Centre car park, which is also free afer 6pm.

Eating and Drinking
Make sure you have time to enjoy a delicious meal before the show as well as pre-show and interval drinks.
