How to book


You can now book online for all events where you can choose where you want to sit from our interactive seating plan. Booking online is the easiest and quickest way to secure your tickets and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In Person

Whilst the theatre still remains closed, the box office counter is temporarily unavailable.

The Box Office is open from 10am until 5pm, Monday to Saturday and until the show starts on show days. 

On Sundays the box office is open one hour before the show starts.

Booking fees

A per ticket booking fee applies to orders and will be clearly displayed when selecting your tickets. Any advertised price includes any booking fee. 

There is a £2 charge for mailing of orders.


Where offered by touring productions, concession ticket prices apply to those:

  • Over 60
  • Under 16
  • Unemployed
  • Full-time students
  • Registered disabled*

*If accompanied by a carer in receipt of a carer's allowance, one free carer ticket is available.

Proof of eligibility will be required for all concessions either when purchased on or on entry to an event.

Safety & Security

Your safety is our number one priority and there may be some additional security measures in place when you visit us.  We will aim to keep any inconvenience and disruption to a minimum but would ask for your patience and understanding. 

Should you notice anything suspicious when visiting, please don’t hesitate to report your concerns to a member of staff, security or the police.

Ticket protection

On selected events we offer ticket protection which allows you to obtain a refund on your tickets should you be unable to attend for a number of reasons  - like illness, travel delay, adverse weather conditions and more.

This is provided by a third-party called Secure My Booking.

Babes In Arms Policy

Infants aged under two years should be accommodated on parents’ or guardians’ lap. Unless otherwise stated for a performance, no charge will be made. For children aged two and over usual ticket prices and concessions will apply and a seat will be allocated. Crewe Lyceum Theatre retains the right to exclude babies in arms from any performance. Special ticket prices may apply for certain shows, including children's performances.

Group Bookings

If you are booking 10+ tickets, please contact our Box Office via email through our enquiry form

  • Discounts available on selected performances.
  • On select shows, seats can be reserved without inital payment up to 6 weeks before a show.
